Unique to Sierra Video, this plan allows a generous credit for a customer's entire system when it is traded in for a new, larger Sierra Video routing switcher. For example, a typical Trade In – Trade Up customer has a Lassen 3232HD routing switcher and three control panels and needs a Ponderosa 6464HD system with more control panels. By trading in the current system, the customer would be eligible for a substantial trade-up allowance through the dealer. Examples of Systems that qualify for a trade-up allowance are shown below:

The allowances given depend on the date and price of the original Sierra Video Systems invoice (or current prices, whichever is less), exclusive of shipping and insurance charges.
